Her approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and active listening. She understand that every individual's journey is unique, and she tailors her therapeutic methods to meet your specific needs.
Hanna brings a personal approach to her sessions adding in a sense of humor and honest and direct style. She strives to reduce the power dynamics where clients feel empowered to discover their inner strengths and resources to solve their own problems while she provide guidance and interventions that are supported by research.
Hanna specializes in working with teens and adults who are suffering with depression, anxiety, or ADHD. She works with individuals from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and all religions. She has expertise as a parent coach and working with parents on behavior management. She provide services in English and Russian.
Hanna earned her Master’s Degree at Salem State University in Social Work and completed a specialized training in Domestic and Sexual Violence, having experience working with individuals who have gone through past traumas with a partner. She also does life coaching on the side and specializes in working with people who are struggling with burn out and lack of motivation.
In her free time, Hanna enjoys exploring new places, whether that is by traveling to new destinations or discovering new local trails to take walks.
