Jane B. Rodgers, PhD (She/Her)

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

Do you often feel lost, lacking a clear sense of yourself? You're not alone. Many people experience this at some point in their lives. However, when these feelings start to interfere with your well-being and prevent you from making the best choices for yourself, they can become a significant challenge.

Psychotherapy offers a dedicated space and time to explore these emotions, helping you reconnect with your true self. As an experienced psychotherapist, I have worked with individuals from adolescence through adulthood, guiding them on a journey of self-discovery. Through this process, my clients gain valuable insights into their emotions, develop better ways to navigate frustrating experiences, and improve their communication skills.

By listening closely and working through both internal and external conflicts, I help my clients build confidence, take meaningful actions they once thought impossible, and ultimately find greater joy in their lives. Acknowledging and exploring your emotions with professional support can be the first step toward reducing stress and addressing painful experiences.

In addition to psychotherapy, I also utilize neuropsychological testing to gain a deeper understanding of how an individual thinks and processes information. By using validated assessment tools, I develop diagnostic formulations that accurately reflect a client’s current functioning and help guide effective treatment planning.
